Staff are skilled at extending children\u2019s learning \u2018in the moment\u2019 by making a comment, asking an open ended question, or offering an alternative point of view.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/N_YECVRsGtIqQeyPgFXbDZIoCoutaQYpddNn3lPsTLb-xJwOaoHW0Qj8JgZF17jUX95QqPYx7WRWNjoR1VFBl8GQ5hhDYbbgDWNmfoCjOWQ4r3Vvo0jZ4w0khekoFI-mHSlxTXN2\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The butterfly routine is very carefully planned to provide a stimulating environment for early learning, both indoors and outdoors, through play, problem solving and exploration.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Persons, all either qualified Teachers or Early Years Support Workers, ensure a balance between child initiated and more structured, adult led learning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pictures of activities and the learning environment are regularly posted on our Facebook page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Butterflies is based in a larger room with specific areas to support the whole curriculum. As part of continuous provision our white basket system ensures there are writing tools, books and Mathematical resources in each area.
