We provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment which encourages children to value themselves and others by celebrating difference and diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our children will take with them a strong set of practical, educational, social and emotional life skills and a sense of personal achievement and pride in their school and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We will do this by:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Staff<\/strong> will get to know children, find out how they learn best and adapt the curriculum to maximise their early learning experiences to provide foundations for life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Governors<\/strong> will respond to national research and monitor and strategically plan for school development responding to the needs of the cohorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parents<\/strong> will work in collaboration with the Nursery to support and develop their children as early learners in school and at home. <strong>Pupils<\/strong> will show enthusiasm and a love of learning and build strong relationships with staff and peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>We are a welcoming and inclusive school.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Governors, staff and families are committed to working together to provide a high quality approach to education and care for young&nbsp; children.
