Welcome<\/strong> to Wheatley Nursery School<\/b>. We put the children and families needs at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of all of our children on their individual journey.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b>We are a welcoming and inclusive school.\u00a0<\/b>Governors, staff and families are committed to working together to provide a high quality approach to education and care for young\u00a0 children. We believe every child matters and strive to provide rich experiences that support each child\u2019s unique\u00a0 development based on early childhood principles.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We are very proud to be one of the six maintained Nursery Schools<\/strong> in \u00a0Oxfordshire. We are led by a \u00a0governing body, a Headteacher and Early Years teachers\/practitioners, all specialists in the Foundation Stage.<\/p>\n

Shotover Nursery Schools Federation<\/strong> \"\"<\/p>\n

Our school is part of the Shotover Nursery Schools Federation and is federated with Headington Quarry \u00a0Nursery School, the two schools share a headteacher and a governing body.<\/p>\n

Headington Quarry Nursery School<\/a><\/p>\n

We offer government funded places of either 15 or 30 hours<\/strong> (according to the government criteria and with an appropriate eligibility code), for children the term after their 3rd birthday<\/strong> \u00a0in our Nursery school provision. In Little Windmills our provision for 2 year olds,<\/strong> we offer funded places and fee paying places.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We recognise that starting nursery is a child’s first experience of education and that children\u2019s earliest experiences of learning lay the foundations necessary for them to become confident in themselves as learners for their whole lives. There are many opportunities\u00a0to ensure that while your child is at nursery, we get to know them and you and everyone else who is important to them.<\/span><\/p>\n
